The reservation will be valid upon receipt of a 30% deposit payment.
The remainder (70%) must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy
1. Full refund of the deposit if the reservation is canceled 90 days before arrival.
2. In case of cancellation 89 - 60 days before arrival, there is no refund of the deposit,
and the guest can choose any other available dates or will receive a confirmation
with which they can subsequently choose a desired date. It is also possible to choose dates in another
villa (Allegra Istriana or Kalista Istriana).
3. There is no refund of the deposit for cancellations within 59 days of arrival.
