About us
Located in the small fishing village of Fažana, Villa Allegra Istriana offers ideal conditions for an unforgettable vacation. Built in 2020, it is registered for a maximum of 10 people and contains 10 beds in 5 bedrooms.
The villa stands out for its spacious private outdoor area (560 m2), dominated by a private pool measuring 11m x 4m, with an additional shallow area for seating and a waterfall.
In addition to the pool, you will be charmed by the covered terrace with a barbecue and a dining table. All together, the covered area is approximately 55 m2 of outdoor space, where you can relax and enjoy the shade during hot sunny days.
Guests have access to 4 bicycles and private covered parking for 2 vehicles. The parking lot is under video surveillance.
The outdoor area of the villa is completely fenced, and the garden is landscaped with over 150 Mediterranean plants. For sunbathing, 6 separate loungers and one double lounger are available. In addition to the loungers, there are three umbrellas and an outdoor shower (hot and cold water).
Inside the villa, there is a modernly furnished interior, providing everything you need for a comfortable vacation. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the windows are protected by mosquito nets. Private internet provides speeds of up to 50 Mbit/sec, allowing for uninterrupted surfing.
For additional entertainment, guests have access to a tournament billiards table, PlayStation 4 Pro console, electronic darts, a table tennis table, and water basketball.

Kitchen and Dining Area:
The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils for preparing delicious meals during your vacation. It includes a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (filter, pods, and espresso), ice maker, and egg cooker. The kitchen also features a dining area with a large table for 10 people and a TV. Guests also have access to a portable stereo system through which they can listen to the radio or their favorite playlist via smartphone (Bluetooth).
Outdoor Kitchen:
It consists of a large table for 10 people, corner seating, and a built-in barbecue on gas or wood. The outdoor kitchen is covered and completely shaded.
Living Room:
The living room provides a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment for guests, equipped with a variety of amenities for a pleasant stay. A Smart TV (105 cm) is connected to the internet, allowing access to various online content. In addition, a satellite antenna enables reception of satellite programs. Video game enthusiasts can use the PlayStation 4 Pro, which comes with 8 popular games. The spacious corner sofa allows for relaxed TV viewing or playing games on the PS/4 console. Guests also have access to a billiards table.
Bedrooms:
Villa Allegra Istriana offers a total of five spacious bedrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The mattresses are of high quality (multi-zone), ensuring a restful sleep. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, and a hairdryer.
On the ground floor, there is an en-suite bedroom with a large double bed (210 cm x 180 cm), air conditioning, TV, and a spacious bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, sink).
Also on the ground floor, there is an en-suite bedroom with two separate beds (210 cm x 90 cm), air conditioning, TV, and a spacious bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, bidet, sink).
On the first floor, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms, two of which have double beds (210 cm x 180 cm), and one has 2 separate beds (210 cm x 90 cm). The bedrooms with double beds have a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, while the room with separate beds has a bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, and sink.
Terrace:
From the terrace on the second floor, there is a beautiful view of the sea and the Brijuni National Park. The terrace has 2 sun loungers and a seating set. Additionally, there is a double sun lounger. In the covered part, guests can enjoy a Jacuzzi for 5 people, which provides both a sea view and privacy. Besides the Jacuzzi, guests can also enjoy a Finnish sauna, and there is a shower cabin for refreshment.
On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, sink, and toilet.
Villa Location:
Villa Allegra Istriana is located in the small fishing village of Fažana, 15 km from Pula. It is the last house in a cul-de-sac, ensuring a peaceful stay. This area of Istria is considered the second sunniest place in Croatia (after the island of Hvar). The nearest beach is 700 m away. There are organized gravel beaches with showers and sports facilities, as well as many natural rocky beaches along the coast lined with pine trees. In the same street, there is a quality restaurant (about 150 m from the villa) and an auto mechanic. The nearest supermarket is approximately 1.5 km away. Fažana has a gas station, pharmacy, medical clinic, post office, sports facilities, and more. From Fažana, you can visit the Brijuni National Park (by boat), which includes a zoo. The center of Fažana is about a 10-minute walk away, where you can find many restaurants and trails for walking, jogging, cycling, and other sports activities.
The nearest city is Pula, which is 15 km away (about 20 minutes by car). Pula has an international airport, railway and bus stations, hospital, dental clinic, police, and all other services typical of a city. The biggest attraction is the Arena amphitheater and many other monuments from the Roman era.
The area offers numerous sports and entertainment activities (quad biking, zip line, adventure park, karting, tennis, aqua gun, naturist beaches, etc.).
